Timeframes
Upon purchase, your design proof will take 1-2 weeks to arrive in your inbox.

Upon signed approval of proof, please allow 1-2 weeks for your final file(s) to arrive in your inbox.

 

Ownership of artwork

Priscilla Creative retains ownership of all original artwork, whether preliminary or final. Under no circumstances may Priscilla Creative’s artwork or designs, including artwork supplied during the proofing process be, altered, manipulated, shared or resold. 

 

‘Print Files’ End-User License Agreement

The Print File(s) you will receive are for personal use only. You may not alter, manipulate, share or sell the file(s). All artwork including proofing is copyright to Priscilla Creative. The Print File(s) are for you to print with your local printer expert. Ensure they print “Actual Size” (100%) for best results. We highly recommend ‘Test Printing’ to ensure you are 100% happy with the outcome. If you require any assistance, please contact me at hello@priscillacreative.co.nz

 

‘Digital Files’ (E-Invitation) End-User License Agreement

The Digital File(s) you will receive are for personal use only. You may not alter, manipulate or sell the file(s). The digital file(s) are for you to send and share with your family and friends. If you require any assistance, please contact me at hello@priscillacreative.co.nz

 

Design Proofing 

Upon purchase, your design proof will take 1-2 weeks to arrive in your inbox. Please ensure you carefully check over all proof content, including text, spelling and layout. You will receive two complimentary rounds of proofs (if required), before receiving you final Print/Digital File(s). Further proofs will occur an additional fee starting from $60.00. Your signed approval document is confirmation and permission for Priscilla Creative to proceed with your Final Print/Digital File(s). Priscilla Creative will not be held responsible for any incorrect text that has been approved by clients following this confirmation. If there is an mistake with wording or design approved by the client, the costs of altering or reprinting are the responsibility of the client. Electronic proofs closely represent image colour, but are not exact. The proof is intended for content and position only. The colours shown are only approximated on any computer monitor. Colour appearance may vary from computer to computer depending on colour, contrast, and brightness settings on each computer, and surrounding lighting conditions. This is why we suggest ‘Test Printing’ your file(s) with your local printer expert.

 

Print vs Screen

We do our best to display all products as accurately as possible, however please keep in mind their may be slight colour differences between screen and print. We highly recommend ‘Test Printing’ with your local printer expert.

 

Pricing and Payments

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars.  All costs are subject to change without further notice. On the rare occasion that a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order. 

 

Publication & Marketing

Should images of work created by Priscilla Creative be published via print or online, Priscilla Creative must be correctly credited. Priscilla Creative retains the rights to share artwork online and on social media Platforms. If there is an issue with this, please advise beforehand. 

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds or cancellations are only honoured before proofing. Priscilla Creative is unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellation or client dissatisfaction after a design proof has been sent. If Priscilla Creative is responsible for a mistake not approved by the client in their final proof, the error will be amend with apologies immediately.

 

Shipping

We are 100% paperless and digital. Therefore no need to stress about damaged goods or courier holdups!
